Helping someone you love come to Australia

If you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, you may be able to sponsor a partner or family member. The right visa depends on your relationship, their situation and how long they want to stay.

You can start the assessment for them. Choose "My partner or a family member" at the first question. Answer what you know. We will contact you, not them, unless you ask us to.

• How you are related
• Whether they want to visit, or stay
