About you
- Passport
- Birth certificate
- Any visa you hold now, and past visas for Australia
If your enquiry is about family
- Your partner's or relative's proof of citizenship or residence
- Marriage certificate, or evidence of your relationship
If your enquiry is about work
- Qualifications and transcripts
- Work references showing your job title, duties and dates
- English test result, if you have one
- Skills assessment, if you have one
If a visa has been refused before
- The refusal letter. This helps us more than anything else.
Questions worth asking
- Which visas could fit me, and which do not?
- What are the risks in my case?
- What will it cost in total, including government fees?
- How long might it take?
